Following the burning down of #igboukwu Police station after a Police officer shot to death an innocent okada rider for his refusal to give him 100naira Extortion money, mobs have just burnt to ashes #Ekwulobia and #Oko Police stations in neighboring communities respectivelty
Report also has it that two persons was also killed in ekwulobia during the riot by said police. and that was when the whole story took a more aggressive turn.
One police officer was reported to have been seriously injured on the head and bundled on a motorcycle and was taken away.
Good news is that the army have being mobilised and stationed in ekwulobia roundabout to curtail the situation and now normalacy.
