We all know, the accolades goes to all concerned Students, and our compatriots from NANS, NAPS as well as applaudable cooperation of school management board and ASUP.
👉The issue of ASUP STRIKE has come to an abrupt end as all students expects ASUP CHAIRMAN to call general Congress THIS WEEK in order for the students to get back to classes.
WHY THE DELAY IN CALLING OFF THE STRIKE???

There is no need to deliberate or lament over spilled milk.
The delay was due to the SIGNED AGREEMENT SCHOOL MANAGEMENT AND ASUP REACHED ON EXCESS-WORK LOAD YEARS BEFORE THE RECTORSHIP OF Dr. Francisca Unoma Nwajulugo
ASUP BANKED ON THAT.
THAT IS WHY STUDENTS ARE CURRENTLY AT HOME.
Now ASUP won't relent until the SIX-MONTH out of the many excess work load owed be paid. According to their "AGREEMENT"
HOW FAR ON OUR PEACEFUL PROTESTS AND NANS/NAPS INTERVENTION...WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS??

To be honest, the issue of this strike was never an easy one especially when we currently have no WORKING UNION GOVERNMENT.
But we thank God for everything.
The peaceful protests brought in breath of fresh air as it renew in us the good spirits of sportsmanship, progress, communication, love and Aluta spirit.
The Peaceful protests made way for MANAGEMENT TO HONOUR their words.
( Management currently paid 4-months out of the 6-months stipulation )
We expect the ASUP chairman to keep his own part of the deal and promise he made to the STUDENT'S BODY during our last visit to his office.
He said .. "we will consider and call off the strike if management can make the payment up to 3-MONTHS"
When this strike is called off possibly THIS WEEK we will be hit with THREE timetables

God is the way forward. Funnylandlord have really fought a good fight since last week especially the follow up discussions and visits he had with deputy Rector to show that ASUP are truly receiving their alerts
